Section 1
Scope and Controller
This Privacy Policy applies to the GrowthPath iOS application and this Privacy Policy page. GrowthPath is provided by SupremeApp ("SupremeApp," "we," "us," or "our"). SupremeApp is the controller of personal information it actually receives, such as support correspondence and website server logs where applicable.
The current version of GrowthPath does not provide a SupremeApp account, a GrowthPath cloud-sync service, or a SupremeApp server for child profiles. Profile information entered in the app is processed and stored locally on the device unless a guardian deliberately exports or shares it.
This policy does not govern Apple, an email provider, a hosting provider, or another service selected by a user. Those organizations process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Important distinction: GrowthPath can process sensitive information on the device without SupremeApp receiving that information. If information remains only on the device, SupremeApp cannot view, retrieve, correct, export, or delete it remotely.
Section 2
Information Processed
The categories below describe information the app may process. Most of this information remains only on the device.
| Category | Examples | Default Location |
|---|---|---|
| Guardian consent | Consent date, policy versions, age confirmation, guardian authority confirmation, health disclaimer acceptance, and optional product-update preference. | On device |
| Child profile | Nickname, date of birth, sex at birth, personal height goal, time zone, and optional mother and father height. | On device |
| Measurements | Height readings, date, measurement quality, whether shoes were removed, measurement tool, time of day, and optional notes. | On device |
| Lifestyle and health context | Sleep duration, activity minutes, regular meal status, calcium-food availability, dietary restrictions, and whether there is a current health concern or significant change. | On device |
| Plan and activity records | Plan tasks and versions, completion or partial-completion status, skipped or excused actions, skip reasons such as sickness or injury, weekly reviews, barriers, adjustments, and checkpoint results. | On device |
| Preferences and technical records | Height unit, reminder and quiet-hour settings, local schema version, profile identifiers, app errors, and scheduled deletion date. | On device |
| Subscription status | Product identifier, entitlement status, expiration date, and verification time supplied through Apple's StoreKit services. GrowthPath does not receive payment-card details. | Apple and on-device entitlement record |
| Support correspondence | Email address, message content, device and app details, and attachments a person voluntarily sends to support. | Email provider and support mailbox |
| Privacy-page logs | A hosting provider may automatically process IP address, request time, requested URL, browser type, and similar security and delivery logs. | Website hosting provider |
GrowthPath does not use the iOS advertising identifier, does not include a third-party advertising or analytics SDK, and does not request precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or HealthKit access in the current version.
Section 3
Sources of Information
Information processed by GrowthPath comes from:
- A parent or legal guardian, when creating and managing a child profile, entering measurements, completing reviews, or changing preferences.
- Use of the app, when GrowthPath creates plan versions, execution scores, checkpoint summaries, quality indicators, and technical records on the device.
- Apple, when StoreKit returns product availability and verified subscription entitlement information.
- A support requester, when that person voluntarily sends an email or attachment.
- The privacy-page host, which may generate standard network and security logs when this page is requested.
Section 4
How Information Is Used
GrowthPath processes information to:
- Create and maintain separate child profiles under guardian control.
- Check measurement consistency and preserve measurement history.
- Generate daily routines, weekly reviews, plan adjustments, and 90- and 180-day checkpoint summaries on the device.
- Display execution trends and reliable measurement changes without treating a daily check-in as proof of height gain.
- Show safety notices and pause plan actions when a reported concern calls for professional context.
- Schedule optional local reminders and respect quiet-hour preferences.
- Verify Premium access, restore purchases, and display subscription status through StoreKit.
- Protect, back up locally, migrate, export, and delete app data as requested by the guardian.
- Respond to support, privacy, and security requests that are sent to us.
- Deliver and secure this Privacy Policy page and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Automated processing
GrowthPath uses on-device rules to assess measurement consistency, calculate execution scores, select plan actions, and prepare progress summaries. These outputs are educational and organizational. They are not medical diagnoses, do not determine legal rights, and do not guarantee future height. The current release does not send profile data to an artificial-intelligence service.
Product-update preference
The optional product-update preference is off by default and stored locally. The current version does not use that preference to upload child health data or enroll a child in advertising or email marketing.
Section 5
Storage and Security
GrowthPath stores its primary profile file and a local recovery copy in the app's Application Support directory. The files are written with iOS complete file protection. Access therefore depends on the device's security state and the protections provided by iOS.
GrowthPath uses device-owner authentication before scheduling deletion of a child profile. The app receives only the success or failure result from iOS; it does not receive or store a fingerprint, face scan, device passcode, or other biometric template.
Apple may include app data in device backups according to the user's iCloud, Finder, device, and Apple Account settings. Those backups are controlled by Apple and the user, not by a GrowthPath cloud service.
No technical measure can guarantee absolute security. Guardians should protect the device with a strong passcode, keep iOS updated, avoid sharing unlocked device access, and review the destination before sharing an export.
Section 6
Services, Disclosure, and Tracking
Apple
GrowthPath uses Apple StoreKit for subscription products, purchases, entitlement verification, and restoration. Apple processes Apple Account, transaction, payment, and related device information under Apple's Privacy Policy. GrowthPath receives a verified entitlement result and related product information, not full payment-card data.
Notifications
If allowed, GrowthPath asks iOS to schedule plan reminders. Reminder content and schedules are created for app functionality. Notification delivery is provided by the operating system and is subject to Apple's platform practices.
Email support
If a person contacts newlifebirdstudio@gmail.com, the sender's email provider and Google, as the mailbox provider, may process the message and related metadata. Do not send a child's full name, full date of birth, complete health record, or other information that is not necessary to resolve the request.
Website hosting
This page contains no advertising scripts, analytics SDKs, or cookies set by GrowthPath. The provider that publishes this page may process standard request logs for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security. We do not use this page for cross-site behavioral advertising.
Other disclosures
We may disclose information we actually hold when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Because child profile data normally remains on the device, we generally do not possess that data to disclose it.
GrowthPath does not sell personal information. GrowthPath does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, use advertising identifiers, or permit third-party ad networks to track activity in the app.
Section 7
Children's Privacy and Guardian Consent
GrowthPath is designed for a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older to establish and manage a child's profile. Before child information is entered, the onboarding flow requires the adult to confirm age, authority to manage the child's data, acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and understanding that GrowthPath is not medical care.
The current version does not enable a child to create an online GrowthPath account or send a child profile to a SupremeApp server. Teen collaboration remains disabled until secure account and guardian-verification controls are available.
We do not knowingly solicit support correspondence directly from a child. A parent or legal guardian should contact us regarding a child profile, data export, deletion, subscription, or privacy request. If we learn that personal information was sent to our support mailbox by a child without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can assess and delete it as required.
GrowthPath is an educational tracking tool, not a healthcare provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of additional height. Urgent or worsening symptoms require appropriate local medical services.
Section 8
Device Permissions
| Permission or Service | Purpose | Control |
|---|---|---|
| Notifications | Deliver up to two plan reminders per day when enabled. | Optional. Change in GrowthPath or iOS Settings. |
| Device-owner authentication | Confirm a request to schedule profile deletion. | Handled by iOS. Biometric data is not provided to GrowthPath. |
| StoreKit | Display, purchase, verify, restore, and manage subscriptions. | Handled through the App Store and Apple Account. |
Core measurement, plan, and progress features do not require notification permission. Denying notifications does not prevent access to the core app.
Section 9
Retention, Export, and Deletion
On-device profile data
Profile information remains on the device until it is deleted through the app, removed by uninstalling the app, or removed through device-management or backup controls. Uninstalling the app may permanently remove local data unless a device backup preserves a copy.
Scheduled deletion
A guardian can open Profile → Data & privacy → Delete child profile. After device-owner authentication, the profile is frozen and scheduled for permanent deletion in seven days. The guardian can cancel during that period. When the period expires and the app performs lifecycle maintenance, the selected profile and its measurements, plans, check-ins, reviews, reports, and related local records are removed. Associated local recovery data is also cleared as implemented by the app.
Exports
A guardian can create a complete JSON export from the app. The temporary file is protected on the device and is targeted for cleanup by GrowthPath after 24 hours. A copy saved or shared to Files, email, cloud storage, or another destination is controlled by the guardian and that destination; GrowthPath cannot delete those external copies.
Support and web records
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain security and support records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Website hosts may retain standard logs according to their operational and legal requirements. Apple retains transaction and subscription information under its own policies.
Section 10
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on location, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a portable copy, or complain to a data-protection authority.
For information stored only by GrowthPath on the device:
- View profile, measurement, plan, and progress information in the app.
- Create a portable JSON export under Profile → Data & privacy.
- Change reminder and display preferences in Profile.
- Schedule deletion of a child profile and cancel within the seven-day recovery period.
- Delete the app to remove its local application container, subject to any device backups controlled through Apple.
SupremeApp cannot remotely fulfill an access or deletion request for information it has never received. For information we do hold, such as support correspondence, email newlifebirdstudio@gmail.com with the subject "GrowthPath Privacy Request." We may need to verify the requester's identity and guardian authority while requesting only the minimum information reasonably necessary.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully. Some records may be retained when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Section 11
Regional Disclosures
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions
Where applicable, on-device processing requested by a guardian is necessary to provide the selected app functions. Guardian consent supports the entry and processing of child information where consent is the appropriate legal basis. Support and security processing is based on responding to a request, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the product, and legal obligations where applicable. A person may object to legitimate-interest processing and may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
California and other U.S. states
GrowthPath does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for purposes outside providing and securing the service. We do not offer a financial incentive for personal information. Where state law grants applicable rights, requests concerning information SupremeApp actually holds may be sent using the contact details below. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Section 12
International Processing
On-device profile processing occurs on the user's device. Apple, Google as the support-mailbox provider, an email provider, or the provider hosting this page may process information in countries other than the user's country. Their processing and international-transfer safeguards are governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable law.
Section 13
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when GrowthPath features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed guardian consent before a material change applies to child information.
